Summer Prayer Points

“He restores my soul...”
Ps23 v3

Over the summer months, whether home or away on holiday, let each one of us take time to allow God to refresh and restore us by spending in His company, by reading His word, the Bible, and by talking to Him in prayer.

Give thanks

For the way God has been with us this past year, in the good times and the bad times.

Pray for young people

As they get results of higher/standard grades, etc.; as they go to camps and missions; as our own young people go for a week to Kincraig to delve further into the scriptures and have fun with each other.

Pray for middle aged

Time to relax from responsibility and to “renew their strength”, focussing on what the Lord requires of them;

Pray for the older folk

Facing fading health, uncertainty and bereavement, that they may know God with them.

For Letham St Mark’s

That we will know and be obedient to God’s will.
