The Leadership Team meet monthly for prayer and bible study. They also strategically plan the shape and direction of the church by applying the vision statement to every aspect of church life.

"My vision for Letham St. Mark's is a worshipping fellowship in the community that makes a difference for Jesus on a daily basis. Letham Church is in the heart of the community and as such it is important we also serve the community. Our vision is to use the cafe in the new church building and various other activities to enable us to witness to and build up relationships with the local community. Underpinning all of this is the need for good bible teaching and prayer. Both things will keep our faith fresh as we serve our Lord."
